Henry’s story begins deep in the heart of the Australian outback in one of Australia's most remote towns; a brutal and unforgiving environment. What was meant to be a 3 month posting turned into a life-altering experience when a devastating accident led to the amputation of his left arm. Isolated and injured, Henry was forced to dig deeper than ever before to reach medical support over 500 kilometres from where the accident took place.
But that was only the beginning.
Today, Henry is a nationally recognised keynote speaker, known for his raw honesty, powerful storytelling, and unshakable resilience. From surviving the gruelling outback with a life-changing injury to representing GB at the 2024 Adaptive CrossFit Games within 18 months, Henry’s journey is one of true grit, transformation, and evidence that adversity can be used to fuel ones growth.
